Patrick was exactly what we were looking for. He responded to our call right away and came to the house within an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Once he got here, Patrick was nothing but courteous, polite, and professional. He quickly fixed our problem, and even took time to show us what he was doing, and explain the job to us. He told us of any potential problems and warned us of any possible complications. He got the job done within in an hour. I should also add that the company before wanted to charge 5000 dollars to change a pipe, and Patrick fixed the problem with ease, without having to rip apart the house. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone in they Pittsburgh area looking for an honest, hardworking, and knowledgable plumber that won't try to rip you off.

Patrick Chase is a homeowners, "Knight in Shining Armor". He came to my home within one hour of the call I made to him. He was very courteous and kind. He explained all he was doing and why I had gotten the clog. He also told me ways to eliminate future clogs and gave me information on how to keep my toilet water flowing correctly. He explained about putting all the commercial drain openers down the main drain and how that can cause more problems. Which I had been doing. He gave me simple, low cost remedy's to fix household problems. His fees are very reasonable and I would recommend him highly. Thanks Pat

The day I met Armida Fierro, owner of Plan B Home Care, my life changed for the better. My 87 year old father needed help. More help than our family could provide. Armida and her team of talented, loving caregivers formulated a plan to help us keep dad at home for the remainder of his days here on earth. Such a blessing!

We began having Plan B come to dad's 3 times a week for a few hours. They provided companionship, cooked meals and cleaned meticulously. As his illness progressed, they were flexible with adding additional hours and eventually were with him 24 hours a day. They ALWAYS were there when they said they would be and kept a detailed log of events so we could track what was happening when we couldn't be there. Armida and Maria worked with us to solve problems that arose and were always open to our ideas and suggestions, and contributed their own solutions based on their vast experience with aging clients.

As we moved through the following year, I came to appreciate this staff tremendously. They are doing what they do because they truly care about their clients and families as well as the experience a family has as they travel the delicate path of dealing with age. They allowed me to step out of the role of caregiver and into the role of daughter so I could enjoy the time I was able to be with dad. I am forever grateful for Plan B and give them the highest recommendation if you are searching for help with yourself or a family member.

Armida Fierro the owner of Plan B is fabulous! She was very professional in meeting with us, and very clear about what we could expect. Meanwhile, as my wife was recovering she made every appointment on time, and even spent extra time to be sure that everything that we needed done was completed every day she came to help us.

Before my mom passed away 2 years ago, Plan B would come to their home and run errands, cook meals, monitor medications and provide transportation to doctor visits. Plan B is very professional and personal. They go above and beyond to care for the patients. Since my mom's passing they still continue to work with my dad. He moved to memory care facility over 2 years ago. They visit him several times a week to help with showering and overall hygiene.

Plan B Home Care Services is a truly professional and caring company. They took care of our father in the last days of his life and treated him like family. They did a great job matching our father's needs with the perfect care giver. I don't know what we would have done without them. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing in home health care. They travel outside of the Longmont area.

Plan B Home Care Services are truly as good as it gets! They will provide you with all the help you need to care for your loved one outside of skilled nursing. When everyone else is telling you what to do, Armida listens to what you need and cares for your family member as one of her own, literally. She and her team cared for my mother for the last four years and every challenge was met with dignity, professionalism, respect and efficiency. If I could give her 10 stars I would. They travel outside of Longmont to surrounding areas as needed.
